About the role
As a Paralegal, you will provide hands-on support to the legal and finance departments in a wide range of matters, ensuring that processes run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and deadlines are met. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization and external partners such as investors, financial institutions, and policy-driven organizations.
This is a key role where you will combine legal precision with business understanding in a fast-moving, international setting.
Key responsibilities
Manage contracts, signatures, and document collection across the organization.
Coordinate and complete conditions precedent and know-your-customer (KYC) processes for new corporate transactions.
Oversee corporate reporting, filings, and other company maintenance requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Digital, People & Organization, Strategy, and Communications teams to align processes and deliverables.
Support and coordinate communication with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions.
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Your profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior administrative, legal assistant, or paralegal role within a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of corporate processes, legal documentation, and compliance workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong attention to detail, structure, and accuracy – without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Confident and decisive, yet humble and approachable.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritize under pressure and tight deadlines.
Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.
